Your new account will be created when you place your first online order at candlecreations.co.nz.
Please note that we do not offer credit accounts; all orders are taken via our website, with the exception of bulk wax orders (36 cartons per pallet) and all orders must be paid for prior to dispatch:
- Start shopping by adding items to your shopping cart
- When you are ready to place your first order, go to the checkout
- Add your name address, email, phone number (all fields with an asterix are required)
- Choose a password
- Next select your preferred payment method, you can also choose to save this method for next time
- Tick the box to agree to the terms and conditions (which you can read by following the link)
- When you are ready, click place order
- Your account will be created, and the details will be emailed to you along with your order details
When visiting the site in future, you should first log in via the "Account Login" link which is easily found on the home page of our website. We recommend you bookmark this page. Loggin in ensures that your melt points, previous orders, delivery address and details are all available for you.
